Printing Tickets

How do I print my tickets?

An email will be sent to you within minutes of purchasing your event tickets on-line. The email will include your TicketBreak E-Tickets attached as Adobe PDF files that you simply open and print as you would any other document.

Do I need any special hardware or software to print tickets?

No, any printer will do. TicketBreak E-Tickets should be printed on standard 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Your E-Tickets will be in the format of an Adobe PDF file.  For your convenience, we include a link which allows you to download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat software within the e-mail containing your E-Tickets.

Will this ticket be acceptable at the event?

Yes, it is a valid, legitimate ticket.  No other ticket will be sent to you.  You should treat your TicketBreak E-Tickets as you would cash or other valuable documents.

Do I need Identification?

Since some of your personal details are displayed on your E-Ticket, no photo I.D. is required to validate your ticket at the event.  We do suggest you do bring a form of picture I.D. with you in case it is requested by the venue / event management.

Ticket Pricing & Taxes

Ticket Price

This is the price that the event producer / venue has set for admission to the event.  In most cases, the TicketBreak ticket price will be LOWER than the price of buying a ticket at the venue / event on the day of the event.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes are displayed separately from the Ticket Price (when applicable).

Convienence Fee

TicketBreak's Convenience Fee is charged on all orders placed for event tickets. These fees cover the cost to fulfill your ticket when you purchase through the internet. This fee includes things like taking and processing your order via the internet and customer care.

Ticket Availability

Can I exchange or cancel my tickets?

No. All ticket sales are final as per our Terms & Conditions which can be found HERE.  If an event is canceled, you will be advised via e-mail / telephone what the process is for receiving a refund/credit for your tickets.

Why is there a time limit when purchasing tickets?

When you are purchasing event tickets online, you are holding inventory which means no one else can purchase those tickets unless you release them. Due to high demand, we have implemented a time limit during the checkout process. Each checkout page is assigned a different time limit depending upon the type of information we need from you. If you exceed the posted time on the page, the tickets you are holding are released for others to purchase. This gives as many people as possible the chance to order tickets.

What if I think my order did not go through?

DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER. When you click "Process Transaction", your credit card information is sent to our Merchant Approval Centre. Even if your browser displays an error message, it is possible that your transaction was still approved.

TicketBreak’s Policy On Storing Personal Information

We collect only what we need to process your order and contact you in the event of any event changes or cancellations. Your name, address, email address, and a daytime phone are required for these purposes. We protect your personal information carefully and NEVER sell your information to any other companies.
Your Credit Card/Debit Card information is never stored on TicketBreak's systems at any time for any reason.

Your Username and Password will be sent to your e-mail address after you make your first E-Ticket purchase with TicketBreak. If you forget your password, visit www.TicketBreak.com and use the "Forgot Password" function on the left side of our homepage.

7. TicketBreak's Convenience Fee(s)

The Ticket Price covers only the cost of admittance to the event and this amount is paid entirely to the venue/event organizer. It does not include:

  • Printing of tickets
  • Ticket distribution
  • Processing your ticket order
  • Tracking and inventory control, assuring your ticket will be valid and not oversold
  • Any Box Office services
  • Custom Care Centre
  • Secure web site

These costs, as well as overhead, make up the cost of the Convenience Fee.

How much is the Convenience Fee?

This will vary depending on the event, the ticket price, and the delivery method chosen. TicketBreak prides itself on providing the most cost-effective method to sell and purchase event tickets. Our Convenience Fee(s) are designed to directly reflect the cost of doing business.

How is the Convenience Fee determined?

A Convenience fee is normally added to any ticket purchased. It is considered a Convenience fee because it allows you to purchase a ticket without driving or waiting in line and your event ticket is in your hand within minutes of completing the on-line purchase. Convenience fees are most often set by TicketBreak in agreement with the promoter or venue.
